Explore the authentic cuisine of Italy in this four-course hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris.
You won't need your passport to learn how to whip up traditional Tuscan dishes. First, you'll begin with a fresh panzanella salad before preparing an exquisite handmade pici pasta with slow-simmered duck ragù and imported pecorino Toscano. Next, Chef Chris will teach you how to prepare a hearty bowl of fagioli all'uccelletto using Tuscan white beans. End class on a sweet note with a refreshing panna cotta With rosemary-infused salted caramel.

New chef
As an Italian language instructor at UC Berkley, Chef Chris discovered his passion for cooking. He went on to co-found a culinary events business that specialized in regional Italian cuisine before working as a chef, teaching to corporate groups and garnering a 5-star rating along the way. Chef Chris now works for a company that provides walking food tours of Little Italy, as well as continuing to teach his much-lauded cooking classes.
