It is the best cooking class I have every tried in my life. Unlike most other cooking classes you are not in a crammed kitchen, but instead you cook in an absolutely gorgeous villa nested on top of rolling hills. The host is so kind and they make the best Bolognese sauce. Much better than even the one we tried in all other top rated Bolognese restaurants.

Chef Federico is everything you could hope for.....a great host and teacher, he is kind and patient and he is lots of fun. I had a wonderful time! If in Bologna make sure you find the time for Federico's class!

We had a good experience overall. The lessons on pasta making were informative. The bolognese sauce was prepared before we arrived. The tiramisu recipe was just ok. The intimacy of cooking and eating in the host's home was pleasant. Fred is a great cook, but has no actual chef credentials.
