What are the group sizes for the experiences?
Each host sets a minimum number of guests that must join their class prior to confirming that the class will take place.
Each host also has a maximum number of guests that can be accepted in the class. You can find this information under the “Details” section of each of the hosts’ profiles.

Can I substitute or change the menu in cooking classes?
Chefs can adapt menus to accommodate most dietary restrictions upon request. When booking your event, we’ll ask you to note any dietary restrictions or special preferences for the chef.

How long will it take for my reservation to be confirmed?
All bookings are instantly confirmed. If a class needs to be rescheduled or canceled for any reason, you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

How do I know if my class is confirmed?
Once your request is accepted, the email address on record will receive an email with reservation information. To double check the email address on record, log into your Classpop! account and click “My Profile,” or click “My Bookings” to check the status of reservations in your account.

Choose a Classpop! experience by clicking "Book Now" to purchase. Once you have entered your billing information, click the "Gift card or promo code?" gold text and type in the "Gift Card #" indicated on your card.

Why do I have to enter my credit card information when redeeming my gift card?
Classpop! asks for your billing information in case the amount of the selected experience is more than the amount on your gift card. This allows us to ensure our chefs are compensated if additional guests of yours join your experience, if the experience is made private for a fee exceeding the value of the gift card, etc. The security of your information is our top priority. Classpop! works with a PCI compliant payment processor, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

What if I need to cancel?
Things come up at the last minute — we completely understand. You can cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the event without any fees.
However, you will be billed for the full amount if you cancel less than 48 hours before an event.
Hosts spend hours preparing for events. Chefs offering cooking classes buy ingredients fresh from the market and specialty stores.
This cancellation policy is in place to honor their time and ingredient purchases.
