In this cooking class designed for romance, you will be serenaded by an Italian opera singer and classical pianist while enjoying a gourmet, four-course Italian menu. This elegant meal features sourdough crostini with creamy burrata and roasted grapes as well as Champagne risotto with pan-seared scallops and Pecorino cheese. For a sweet finale, indulge in a pear and chocolate lava cake spiced with cinnamon and hazelnuts. Personalize your experience with flowers, caviar or chocolate-covered strawberries for an additional charge.

Chef Chris was working as an Italian teacher at UC Berkeley when he discovered his passion for cooking. Ever since then, he has been following his passion of cooking and teaching with a focus on regional Italian cuisine. He even co-founded a culinary event business to highlight his skills. Chef Chris teaches an array of different highly regarded cooking classes, many of which are created for corporate teambuilding. He also currently provides walking food tours of Little Italy.

This was a great experience with Chef Chris! Great for nice casual date night or hang with friends of you're looking to learn and try something new! We had a great time, and I think our pasta came out pretty good!

Chef Chris was sooo nice and kept me engaged the entire event. I’m new to Atlanta and this event was right up my alley in terms of trying something new and meeting new people. The cooking class was hosted at Arches Brewery and the Fiona the bartender was so fast with our (strong) drinks 😁😁 I had an amazing time

I know the problems I had weren’t Chef Chris’ fault but the room we were supposed to be in was occupied so the room we did have was freezing! We had to keep taking breaks which made the process longer. I wish we had been able to make the sauce as well. Class ran a little over. Nonetheless, chef was amazing and very helpful even with all the participants. I would take the class again because I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere

My teenage kids and I gifted this experience to my husband, and we all had a blast. We all got to participate throughout the lesson, and the kids gained some much needed cooking experience. Plus, Chris taught us some special techniques to up our game at home. Highly, highly recommend.
