What You’ll Do

You'll start by learning how to prepare shrimp like a professional chef before seasoning them with garlic, lemon and chile flakes. Whip up a flavorful sauce for the gambas al ajillo, then serve hot with some crusty sourdough bread for dipping. Next, craft a seafood medley with mussels and shrimp for a seafood paella. Learn how to cook the perfect bamba rice, flavored with aromatic saffron. Cook the rice with the mussels and shrimp. Plus, you'll get to enjoy the crispy and caramelized socarrat at the bottom of the pan. End the class with a silky and sweet mango flan for dessert. Book your spot today!

This was the best annivesary date ever. My husband and I attended this. class at the chef’s place. The chef was awesome and welcoming! Chef Yani explained each step of the meal process. We learned chopping skills, how to hold the knife safely, and other culinary skills. We took the Spanish Costal Class where we cooked Paellea, shrimp appetizer and Flan! its BYOB and we bought a nice wine with us. The experience is awesome and we will be taking the mediterranean class next with Chef Yani! If you have been thinking about taking the class or procrastinating, Just Do It!!!! You will not regret it.
