With Chef Janet's guidance and support, you'll learn fundamental techniques for preparing flavorsome pasta dishes like gnocchi and tagliatelle. The session starts with a tasty bruschetta appetizer featuring tomatoes, basil and olive oil on crispy bread. You'll then move on to the main course, choosing between tagliatelle or soft gnocchi made from scratch and paired with a rich tomato basil sauce. The session ends with a rich, decadent tiramisù for a satisfying conclusion to what promises to be a delightful culinary journey.

After attending culinary school in the 1980s, Chef Janet deepened her culinary journey while living in Taiwan and Hong Kong, where she also began her career as a high school teacher. For decades, she’s been teaching a wide range of cooking classes, on and off, always with the same goal: to empower others through food.
