Chef Janet is awesome! The scheduling was easy, she drove a ways to accommodate our location and came fully prepared for a fun, informative, and food-filled night. The communication level was just right. During our experience, we prepared ravioli and cannoli! When Chef left we felt competent in our ability to prepare on our own and had fun doing it! Thanks, Chef Janet, we look forward to our next experience!!

Chef Janet was outstanding. The venue at Temperence Beer was not. Instead of having us in a section of the bar, they put us in the back where the beer is made. 4 Long tables were set up. Ours was 8 feet from the drain where they release the excess beer and yeast from the bottom of the steel vats. It was an unpleasant smell. This was especially unprofessional for a class in which we were to be working with chocolate. Others felt the same. This has no bearing on Chef Janet. She was a trooper. She did the best she could under not so special facilities. Put Janet in another venue that is adequate for any type of dessert or entre preparation education, and you have a 5- Star Experience.
