You'll start by learning how to prepare shrimp like a professional chef before seasoning them with garlic, lemon and chile flakes. Whip up a flavorful sauce for the gambas al ajillo, then serve hot with some crusty sourdough bread for dipping. Next, craft a seafood medley with mussels and shrimp for a seafood paella. Learn how to cook the perfect bamba rice, flavored with aromatic saffron. Cook the rice with the mussels and shrimp.
