Cooking Class: Potsticker-Making Party
Discover how easy it is to fold your own Asian-style dumplings in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Janet. You'll learn how to make delicious fresh dough and mouthwatering meat or vegetarian dumplings from scratch along with an easy dipping sauce to enjoy them with.
Begin by practicing your knife skills as you prep fresh veggies and optional beef and pork to create a savory potsticker filling. Next, Chef Janet will guide you as you mix and roll fresh dough, and fill and fold dumplings like a pro. After steaming or pan-frying your dumplings, you'll stir together a quick citrus soy sauce to dip them in. This fun cooking class is a great way to learn new kitchen skills in a casual group setting.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.
