We had such a great time at the pasta-making class with Chef Janet! The team competition element made it extra fun — we loved creating our own dishes and then taste-testing and ranking each other’s pastas. Having the option to make two different types of pasta was a nice touch too. It was a blast learning how to make pasta dough from scratch and use the pasta machine — a first for most of us! That part was definitely a highlight. One bit of feedback: it would’ve been helpful to get recipe examples or tips on how to tell when the pasta is fully cooked. The class leaned more toward fun than formal instruction, so we didn’t leave feeling like we could do it all on our own, but we definitely had a great time trying. Overall, a really enjoyable and engaging experience — would recommend for a fun group activity!
