This was the best annivesary date ever. My husband and I attended this. class at the chef’s place. The chef was awesome and welcoming! Chef Yani explained each step of the meal process. We learned chopping skills, how to hold the knife safely, and other culinary skills.
We took the Spanish Costal Class where we cooked Paellea, shrimp appetizer and Flan! its BYOB and we bought a nice wine with us. The experience is awesome and we will be taking the mediterranean class next with Chef Yani! If you have been thinking about taking the class or procrastinating, Just Do It!!!! You will not regret it.
