Chef Luca teaches you the finer points of creating Italian dishes using the freshest ingredients available in this hands-on cooking class. Perfect the process of creating handmade pasta and produce a trio of hearty meat-based toppings to serve it with.
You’ll assemble a bruschetta with handmade ricotta and prepare homemade tagliatelle ragù with a ground beef and tomato sauce, tagliatelle prosciutto di Parma with a tomato cream sauce and a beef filet with green pepper sauce. And a crema diplomatica with raspberry sauce closes down the lesson with a dessert that redefines decadence.

Wow! This feast was the perfect anniversary gift, we plan to get a pasta roller soon so we can keep learning and practicing. Chef Luca was so fun and engaging, such a wonderful experience!

We had such a good time! Chef Luca made us feel so comfortable, we sampled a variety of dishes, practiced making pasta, had a great meal with an AMAZING homemade gelato dessert. We brought wine to enjoy with the meal as well. I absolutely recommend this class, great date night for out-of-towners like us!

Chef Luca was absolutely AMAZING! His energy, personality, and charisma are infectious! From start to finish, we were entertained and engaged! Chef Luca is highly knowledgeable and great at teaching the art of pasta making! We will definitely take another class with Chef!

Hailing from Parma, Italy, Chef Luca is a culinary talent with more than 22 years of professional experience. After honing his craft in Italy and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, he relocated to Atlanta, where he found great success as a personal and private chef. He's also a culinary instructor with a passion for incorporating history lessons into his interactive cooking classes.
