Chef Jesse did a fantastic job creating a warm, open, and engaging experience for everyone. The food smelled great throughout and everything came out tasting fantastic. I came away from the class with a great experience, new info, and some great food!

Chef Jesse was great. He taught us a lot of cooking skills. He shared his experience with some humor. The class is hand on with cutting and mixing. Chef Jesse does the cooking of the meat and charred vegetables. A little demo and hands on mix. You are at table not in a kitchen. The tacos are delicious. You get to eat two street tacos but you can go back for more.

I had such a great experience with this cooking class. It was so enjoyable that I actually came back a second time and booked this class on the spot after my first one. The instructor is incredibly personable, very professional, and keeps the entire class engaged from start to finish. They explain everything clearly, make the experience interactive, and create a really welcoming environment for everyone participating. You can tell they truly enjoy teaching and sharing their knowledge, which makes the class even more fun. I learned a lot while also having a great time. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and engaging cooking experience, and I would definitely attend again.

This class was an absolute blast! The pasta‑making portion was incredibly easy to follow, and Chef Jesse explained everything so clearly that we actually learned few things about how and why, not just followed steps. He made the whole experience even more fun, and we left feeling confident and excited to make fresh pasta at home. Truly such a great class! I recommend him 1000%, no notes!

Chef Jesse is wonderful! He sent us home with a lot of general knowledge. I consider my self a competent home cook, but I left with lots of new things to try.
