Had a great time with Chef Jeff. Decent down to earth individual who has great passion for his cooking! We learned some good techniques about knives, food, preparation, and the chemical reactions involved with getting good products. He’s very knowledgeable and a fun dude. Nice show Jeff.

Had a fabulous time learning how to make Mozzarella Cheese! The venue was in a local brewery which was a great place to host. Chef Jesse was full of fun and useful facts, really enjoyed his style of teaching and will be taking more classes!

Chef Jesse was very personable and kept the energy of the class upbeat. We learned some good general kitchen skills along with the differences in ingredients and how different kinds of salts and oils factor into preparation and finishing. Making the home made mozzarella was pretty straightforward and something we could definitely do at home now that we know what should be looking for at each step of the process. Will definitely check his other classes out!
