I had such a great experience with this cooking class. It was so enjoyable that I actually came back a second time and booked this class on the spot after my first one.
The instructor is incredibly personable, very professional, and keeps the entire class engaged from start to finish. They explain everything clearly, make the experience interactive, and create a really welcoming environment for everyone participating.
You can tell they truly enjoy teaching and sharing their knowledge, which makes the class even more fun. I learned a lot while also having a great time.
I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and engaging cooking experience, and I would definitely attend again.

This class was an absolute blast! The pasta‑making portion was incredibly easy to follow, and Chef Jesse explained everything so clearly that we actually learned few things about how and why, not just followed steps. He made the whole experience even more fun, and we left feeling confident and excited to make fresh pasta at home. Truly such a great class! I recommend him 1000%, no notes!

Chef Jesse is very passionate about his craft and was very attentive. He made sure we were being careful during prep and using proper knife skills. He provided clear steps for making our sushi rolls, and even provided overall cooking tips! My girls and I enjoyed this class and look forward to other offerings with Chef Jesse.

Jesse was such a masterpiece in his sector! Between his Ted talks on grocery shopping and his wealth of knowledge on how to vet quality ingredients, every minute was engaging and full of useful information.
The class was fun and helpful for all people who want to start from scratch and rebuild their nutritional habits.
Definitely a great class, highly recommended!!

Had a great time at Jesse’s pasta making class. He is a wealth of good information on all things related to cooking and has a great demeanor. Never talked down to us and was very encouraging with our (lack of) pasta making skills and questions. Will definitely take another of his classes and/or seated dinners. Definitely recommend anyone to take one of his classes.

Chef Jesse is very knowledgeable about his craft. We specifically took the pasta making class and he explained all the ingredients to us. What the health benefits were and why we use them. We enjoyed the entire process of making the pasta as well as great conversation with chef Jesse. He’s down to earth and relatable. Already looking at class we want to take next.

Chef Jesse was incredible , my friend and I attended today we made California street tacos and they were amazinggggg ! The class was in an intimate setting there was only 4 of us but it was a very comfortable environment. Chef Jessie was very interactive with us and answered all questions . I cannot wait to attend another class .

Chef Jess was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable. I look forward to another class with him. I enjoyed his Ted talks along the way. It made for great transition between waiting for ingredients and or tools. He’s a great teacher and took time to help each participant in the class.

I loved the pasta making class! I tried to make it once myself and failed. Jesse really teaches you how it should look and feel. Now I feel confident I can make it myself with his expert tips! My friend and I had a great time! Highly recommend!

Amazing afternoon out! I love learning pasta where I can do it at home. Chef Jesse is so warm and welcome, down to earth, and an incredible teacher. He taught us a lot and even I feel ready to do this at home making large batches of pasta and freezing so we can pull out portions as needed. Delicious and great date night. Good for family, friends, couples, etc!

Chef Jesse made all in the class comfortable and was easy to talk to. The dumplings were great. In addition to dumplings, he shared other kitchen knowledge on safety, knife sharpening, oil selection, etc. Questions on most any kitchen topics were answered. Very enjoyable evening.

My husband and I signed up for this class as a Christmas gift for one another. Neither one of us had ever attended a cooking class so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. This particular class was focused primarily on the crimping of the dumpling wrappers and the cooking of the dumplings. We did get to observe Chef Jesse preparing the filling. We really appreciated the history of dumplings and the cooking tips Chef Jesse provided (the reason we should keep the meat cold and use cold mixing bowls as well as his advice on the best oil and salt to use in cooking). He also demonstrated some knife skills and kitchen tools that we did not get to use, but it was still appreciated. Overall, we are glad we would recommend Chef Jesse and his dumpling making class.

This class was so fun and the dumplings were delish! Chef Jesse was a great teacher regarding “the art of crimping” and shared some fun facts/history around salt and oil that I never knew before! We will definitely be taking more of Chef Jesse’s classes again!

An enjoyable night! We had a lot of fun learning about pasta making, and are excited about the leftovers we had to take home. Chef Jesse was very knowledgeable about many cooking topics and was accommodating with an allergy to one of the major ingredients from tonight’s meal (garlic). Definitely recommend!
