Under the guidance of Chef Jesse, you'll discover the secrets to making the best shrimp pad Thai from scratch. During this class, you'll learn how to balance the sweet, spicy and sour flavors that make up classic Thai cuisine. Plus, you'll master the technique for stir-frying fresh ingredients to make the perfect pad Thai. Make a flavorful sauce using tamarind paste, fish sauce and peanuts to coat rice noodles and tender shrimp. Serve the dish hot and fresh and enjoy your homemade dish.

Chef Jesse brings over 14 years of experience in the culinary arts and hospitality, with an evident joy for curating unforgettable dining experiences. He has served his love for fine cuisine as a sous chef, lead cook and executive chef. Jesse graduated from Patapsco High & Center For Arts and holds a ServeSafe Management and Food Handler certificate. His grand portfolio of skills includes food production, restaurant management, menu planning and much more.
