Brandi is a over the top positive treasure. I make a point to attend any event/place that hosts her. Here lemonade and peanut brittle is fantastic and my go to gift for myself and others. I've had that pleasure of sitting for a live cooking demonstration of her gumbo that was divine and informative. Giving me the Confidence to try it and work on my own recipe at home.

Chef Brandi is a Certified Food Service Manager and culinary educator passionate about making the kitchen a welcoming, confidence-building space for all. Since 2020, she has led cooking lessons for children, adults and individuals with disabilities, expanding her work into team-building events, live demonstrations and customized meal prep services. Known for her engaging teaching style and focus on flavor, texture and technique, Chef Brandi creates inclusive, hands-on culinary experiences that inspire creativity and joy.
