Chef Jesse will teach you how to turn whole milk, salt and water into delicious mozzarella cheese. Then use your homemade mozzarella to make a Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes and basil, drizzled with a balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil. Now that you know how to make mozzarella from scratch, you'll want to use it on everything.
