Take a culinary trip through India as you craft four classic Indian dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Rakhi will teach you the cooking techniques to craft these delicious dishes.
To start the meal, cook beef kababs flavored with classic Indian spices. Next, make an aromatic Biryani with either chicken or vegetables served with basmati rice. A creamy raita with yogurt and cucumbers serves as a side. To finish the meal, craft a creamy vermicelli kheer for an indulgent dessert.

Chef Rakhi hosted a beyond phenomenal class. Her kitchen and home is beautiful yet comfortable. She does a great job of breaking down each task into simple and easy to replicate steps and teaches you tips and tricks of cooking. This experience was very engaging, hands-on, and yummy at the end. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning how to cook very flavorful and aromatic Indian cuisine!

This was an absolutely wonderful experience! Chef Rakhi's kitchen is beautiful, she is very knowledgeable and kind, and the food was so good!!! 10/10, would definitely recommend to a friend, and hopefully come back again :)
