What You’ll Do

Take a culinary trip through India as you craft four classic dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Rakhi will guide you step by step, sharing the cooking techniques behind these flavorful recipes.

Begin with dal makhani, a rich dish of slow-cooked black lentils and kidney beans. Next, prepare butter chicken simmered in a spiced tomato cream sauce, served with warm, homemade tandoori roti made from whole wheat flour and ghee. To finish, create a sweet and creamy vermicelli kheer for dessert.
