Wow what a fun time. Very informative. She didn’t mind answering any questions, gave examples, provided valuable information and joked around when appropriate! Will most definitely take another course with Chef Emmanuelle and her Sous Chef!

-A Perfect Blend of Pasta, Pink, and Personality!
I recently attended a pink pasta cooking class taught by Chef Emmanuelle Caumont, and it was hands-down one of the most enjoyable culinary experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for an evening that is as educational as it is entertaining, this is it.
The Atmosphere & Instruction
The class lasted two hours and was held at a charming local tavern. The tavern staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which set a great tone for the night.
Chef Emma is a true professional—her expertise is obvious, but it’s her engaging, witty personality that really makes the class shine. She made the technical side of pasta-making feel approachable and fun. She was joined by her helper, Ron, whose endless stream of corny jokes kept the entire room laughing all night.
The Menu
The food was spectacular. During the session, we enjoyed:
A fresh Caprese salad to start.
Handmade Pink Pasta & Sauce: We learned to make this from scratch, and the results were delicious.
The Surprise: To top it all off, Chef Emma surprised us with decadent, handcrafted chocolates she created herself.
The Verdict
I would definitely take another class with Chef Emma in a heartbeat. Whether you are a total novice in the kitchen or a knowledgeable home cook, this class is for you. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to learn from an expert, eat amazing food, and enjoy the company of fellow food lovers.

I loved this class! The truffles and crepes were delicious, the flavors exquisite, and the techniques fun and easy to follow. The instructor was professional and kind, making the class feel comforting, inviting, and truly enjoyable.

Just enjoyed a Pizza Adventure with my 7 grandchildren. They’re between 8 and 16 and had a great time learning about and making pizza with Chef Emmanuelle. They even made their own pizza dough from scratch and were taught about and experienced chopping vegetables. She was kind, knowledgeable and fun. What great memories the Chef provided us. P.S. - the cookies she brought for dessert were delicious!

She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable, guiding us step-by-step through the process with patience and enthusiasm. Me and my boyfriend did a class for his birthday!
We shared stories, recipes and had so much fun. This is a great ideas for special occasions or just a fun night. Highly recommend!

I took the curry chicken class and chef Emmanuelle was beyond great! She was funny, patient, and knowledgeable. She taught me a lot about how to cook the spices to make the perfect curry! And she taught me how to make naan bread which is super easy! She had all the ingredients with her. I truly enjoyed this class.

We had such a good time at our annual company event. Chef Emmanuelle was prepared and handled everything. We showed up and learned how to make pasta. She is so personable, relaxed and hands on. If felt like we were in her kitchen and a friend was teaching us. I've heard nothing but positive feed-back from our staff.

I have taken many cooking class, this class was a hot mess from start to finish. Not very sanitary and not enough room to work. Drinks were being spilled. She ran out of flour that was much needed. I could go on and on.

Was gifted this class for Mother’s Day and it was the perfect gift. Chef Emmanuelle was a great teacher and not only did we learn to make delicious chocolate truffles and crepes, she shared a multitude of cooking tips and tricks! If you go, bring a small insulated bag with an ice pack to transport your truffles! It was a little warm in our venue and the truffles didn’t set up as nice as they should have. We refrigerated them when we got home and they were fine. I can’t wait to recreate them at home!

My girlfriend and I took this ratatouille cooking class and had an absolutely amazing time. The setup was intimate and perfect for a date night — hands-on, relaxed, and so much fun. Chef was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step while sharing interesting tips and background on the dish.
We loved working together to prep, season, and layer everything just right. It was fun and enjoyable! Chef was amazing sharing her homemade tea which was light and refreshing. The final dish looked beautiful and tasted even better. Definitely one of our favorite experiences together — highly recommend for anyone looking for something different and memorable.
We’ll definitely be signing up for another class soon!

It was a fun and engaging class. Wish the venue was little more intimate and smaller space. There were a lot of noise coming from brewing company structure and also her microphone wasn’t working well and ended up standing closer to hear.

My cousin and I had an unforgettable cooking class with Chef Emmanuelle, where we learned to make ratatouille and escargots with her expert guidance. Her passion for food is contagious, and she made even the trickiest techniques feel easy with her patient, hands-on instruction.
Beyond the learning, the class was so much fun! Chef Emmanuelle kept us entertained with great stories, helpful tricks, and plenty of laughter. By the end, we felt more confident in the kitchen and got to enjoy the delicious fruits of our labor. Chef Emmanuelle and her husband Ron were so amazing. They were so patient and kind. She taught us valuable knife skills along with pasta. She shared her recipes and stay with us. It was very hands on. We had plenty to take home for left overs. They were great about taking photos for us with our phones. I would recommend this to everyone if any age.

I had a great time today learning to make Vegan & non-vegan chocolate truffles. Chef surprised us with a bonus lesson learning to make crepes. Class size was small & intimate. She & her husband recorded me & took pictures for me. I even learned to flip my crepe in the pan. Next class I want to bring my daughter who purchased this class for my Christmas gift. Thank you Chef Emmanuelle!

I brought my friend to the curry class and we both really enjoyed ourselves and we learned quite a bit. We met a lot of very nice women too. Chef Emmanuelle brought everything we needed to make red, yellow, and green curry. The dishes came out fabulous! She has a very impressive resume and we were very lucky to have her lead the class.

Chef Emmanuelle was amazing! Wish I had a notebook with me. She really explains everything behind a recipe. Not only a learned a lot about truffles but also about crepes. The class was fun and way more instructive than I thought it would be.

I've known Chef Emmanuelle since 2005 and have attended several of her private cooking events, including a bread-making class. She is a truly exceptional chef and a warm, wonderful woman. I highly recommend attending one of her cooking classes for the pleasure of meeting her and experiencing her delicious food. You won't be disappointed and will have tons of fun!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher. Her passion for vegan cooking was infectious and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. I learned so much about plant-based ingredients and techniques and I can't wait to try out some of the recipes at home. I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in vegan cuisine.

The experience was like being on a TV cooking show! The professional kitchen, spacious dining area and walk-in cooler provided a unique and immersive setting. We loved sitting down to create our vegan dishes and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the garden room.
