We had a wonderful time during our pasta-making class. Chef Emmanuelle is very passionate and personable, making the class exciting. The pasta came out delicious and the sauce that she had prepared was even better. Very fun date day

I have taken many cooking class, this class was a hot mess from start to finish. Not very sanitary and not enough room to work. Drinks were being spilled. She ran out of flour that was much needed. I could go on and on.

Was gifted this class for Mother’s Day and it was the perfect gift. Chef Emmanuelle was a great teacher and not only did we learn to make delicious chocolate truffles and crepes, she shared a multitude of cooking tips and tricks! If you go, bring a small insulated bag with an ice pack to transport your truffles! It was a little warm in our venue and the truffles didn’t set up as nice as they should have. We refrigerated them when we got home and they were fine. I can’t wait to recreate them at home!
