Cooking Class: Coastal Seafood Classics
If you love seafood and pasta, this hands-on cooking class is the perfect fit.
You’ll start with flambé shrimp scampi cooked with garlic and butter, served with fresh greens and bread. Next, you'll learn how to make homemade fettuccine using just semolina and water, then toss it with a fresh tomato and basil sauce and plenty of Parmesan. After that, cook up a simple seafood medley with squid, mussels and herbs. To finish, make a creamy vanilla panna cotta topped with berry coulis and chocolate. Sign up to learn practical skills and recipes you’ll use again and again.
