You’ll join Chef Emmanuelle who shares smart kitchen shortcuts, plating tips and plenty of laughs while everyone cooks shoulder-to-shoulder. Start with a bright Caprese salad made with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, balsamic, olive oil and just a hit of lemon zest to wake everything up. Then, it’s decision time: will your team go for truffle-ricotta ravioli with basil pesto or dive into penne tossed in a rich meat sauce?
