In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn the techniques needed to create mouthwatering, authentic Italian cuisine. Chef Tanya will guide you through an array of classic Italian recipes, starting with a luscious heirloom tomato panzanella salad and artisan bread. You’ll then artfully craft a pillowy potato gnocchi with pancetta, and a decadent Italian sausage with your choice of side. For dessert, you’ll make a zesty lemon ricotta granita. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
