Start by making a flavorful porcini broth, then sauté mushrooms and toast Arborio rice before slowly bringing everything together into a perfectly cooked risotto. You'll also prepare a fresh lemon gremolata to add a bright, zesty finish and round out the meal with a delicate citrus-poached pear.

Along the way, Chef Lisa will share practical tips for timing, stirring and recognizing the ideal risotto texture. By the end of class, you'll have the skills and confidence to recreate this comforting Italian favorite at home.
