Discover the rich, romantic flavors of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with a local chef. He will guide you through crafting a multi-course meal filled with timeless elegance.


Begin with a fresh burrata salad featuring heirloom tomatoes, arugula, fried basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Prepare soft, fragrant focaccia bread perfect for dipping in olive oil and vinegar. For the main course, choose between marry me chicken in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce or a vegetarian alternative with eggplant and cannellini beans. Pair your entrée with angel hair pasta in a delicate butter and sage sauce and seasonal roasted vegetables with a caramelized finish.
