We had a BLAST at Chef Ed's Italian cooking class! I had never made pasta from scratch before, and he explained everything clearly. It was super interactive and we had a lovely time! My favorite part was being part of the assembly line of chefs making a massively long sheet of pasta that we would then cut ravioli from. Really fun!

Chef Valentino was amazing! Very engaging and informative. Would be fantastic for families, girls trips and work outing. Would absolutely come back for another class when we return from Boston

He was extremely good in explaining the details, encourage us to try how to make the pasta and chinken and sauce, burrata, etc.
Amazing touches, we learned new techniques tonight, get so much fun!!!

Chef John Perdana was brilliant, he infused tge cooking class with many cooking tips as we watched him prepare the food. He ensured that all class members participated in preparing the food. The food was good and I really liked that we ate family style, and got to get to know each other. It was a great time and I'd definitely take another class with him.
