Craft an Italian feast in this immersive team building activity. A talented chef will take your team on a culinary journey to Italy. To begin, you'll make a fresh green Italian salad topped with a generous drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how hand-stretched mozzarella cheese is made. Your team will work together to make fresh pasta from scratch by kneading and shaping the dough into ricotta-filled ravioli pasta and fettuccine pasta with tomato sauce. Then, make a rich chicken dish cooked in zesty lemon sauce. Finish by learning the recipe for a decadent tiramisĂą layered with mascarpone and coffee. Your team will bond outside the office and improve essential skills.
