Team Building Activity: Make Perfect Asian Dumplings
Learn how to make delicious dumplings from scratch in this hands-on team building activity. A local chef will guide your team through the recipes and techniques to make traditional dumplings. Bond outside the office as you work together to make savory pork and vegetable filling for dim sum. You'll learn how to fold and crease pork, chicken, shrimp and mushroom potstickers. Learn the recipe for traditional Jiaozi dumplings filled with chicken and vegetables. Improve communication and collaboration skills as you learn to steam and pan-dry the dumplings to perfection. End the class by enjoying your feast together.
