Discover the authentic flavors of Rome across three-courses with Chef Chris.
Chef Chris will guide you through the fundamentals of Italian meals in this hands-on cooking class. First, you'll start with a light and crisp Roman-style bruschetta with heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil. Next, you'll dive into a hearty homemade spaghettini alla carbonara with farm eggs, cured pancetta and imported pecorino Romano. For your final course, Chef Chris will help you satisfy your sweet tooth by preparing a fluffy tiramisù with ladyfinger biscotti, light mascarpone cream and imported espresso.

My mother and aunt absolutely looooved this class ? Said it was well organized, fun and informative !!!!! Their ravioli dishes came out so beautifully!!! Thank you very much !!!

New chef
As an Italian language instructor at UC Berkley, Chef Chris discovered his passion for cooking. He went on to co-found a culinary events business that specialized in regional Italian cuisine before working as a chef, teaching to corporate groups and garnering a 5-star rating along the way. Chef Chris now works for a company that provides walking food tours of Little Italy, as well as continuing to teach his much-lauded cooking classes.
