Join Chef Tiffany for a culinary journey to Europe as you experience the coming together of two of the world's most beloved cuisines in this French-Italian fusion cooking class. During this three-hour class with Chef Tiffany, you'll learn how to prepare classic French and Italian recipes, as well as the proper culinary skills and techniques. To start, Chef Tiffany will guide you through the process of making a fresh antipasto with pickled vegetables and roasted peppers. Then, you'll make homemade pasta with a creamy shrimp sauce for the main course. Lastly, you'll finish the class with a warm bread pudding with vanilla cream sauce. By the time you leave the class, you'll be ready to make these dishes for your next special occasion.

Did this with my boyfriend and we had an absolute blast! She was so sweet and fun! The whole entire meal was delicious! She gives you the basics before doing anything and you learn a lot. So happy we booked her (she also can create a menu for you if you want something different)! :)

Chef Tiffany was AMAZING! She turned this class into an experience that we’ll never forget. The class was very informative and interactive. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to have a good time and obviously, good food! Thank you Chef Tiff!

Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
