Chef Rahki was well prepared and introduced us to new spices and new combinations that delivered amazing flavor to pork tenderloin, tuna and chickpea fritters. She planned and explained her menu well and divided the workload well among our group of 8. Her kitchen is well appointed and she creates a positive atmosphere for learning.
