What You’ll Do

The class begins by practicing knife skills to chop ripe tomatoes to top crispy bruschetta along with a tangy olive tapenade. Next, you'll have two main course options to choose from. Whip up a rich Marsala wine sauce to cook tender chicken and earthy mushrooms in for a classic chicken Marsala. Or cook fluffy Arborio rice in broth and with wild mushrooms for a creamy mushroom risotto. Finally, you'll end the meal with a decadent dessert. Choose either a creamy panna cotta flavored with fresh vanilla or a rich tiramisù with layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone and cacao.
