Join Chef Denis in this interactive cooking class where you’ll learn to make dishes that are healthy, flavorful and satisfying. A culinary expert, Chef Denis will lead you in creating a diverse menu that’s perfect for pescatarians and omnivores alike.


You’ll learn all about flavor profiles as you make a hearty three-bean soup bursting with the flavors of parsley and pesto. Then, you’ll roast mushrooms accented by the fresh flavors of cilantro and lemon. Chef Denis will also help you create a creamy seafood chowder with rich mussels, clams and shrimp in a white wine broth. Lastly, you’ll top seasonal fruit with fluffy mascarpone mousse and sweet cherry compote for the perfect dessert.
