What You’ll Do

Using fresh, authentic ingredients and expert techniques from master Chef Denis, you'll prepare a delectable three-course menu fit for a feast. Start with a delicious bruschetta appetizer featuring ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil. Then, craft your own pasta dough from scratch and pair it with a rich tomato basil sauce. You can choose between tagliatelle or gnocchi depending on your preference. Then, end your culinary experience with a classic Italian tiramisù with mascarpone, cacao and espresso-soaked ladyfinger biscuits.
