Cooking Class: Pasta Workshop 101
Learn how to make your favorite pastas from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ivan. In this extensive workshop, you'll learn the basics of homemade pasta-making, so you can host your own authentic Italian dinner parties!
The mouth-watering menu features all sorts of pasta, including creamy spinach and ricotta ravioli, pesto spaghetti and spicy semolina cavatelli. In addition to the scrumptious pasta dishes, you'll also enjoy a delicious panzanella toscana bread and tomato salad appetizer and homemade lemon Italian ice dessert. If you'd like something to sip on while you cook up your favorite pastas, feel free to bring your own wine and beer.

Chef Stefano was amazing! Was a great activity - where you’re learning to make homemade pasta and creating authentic recipes in a relaxed and totally enjoyable atmosphere! Highly recommend for family, friends and couples.

Meet your chef
Chef Ivan began attending culinary school at the tender age of 14. His adventures in the world of food preparation took him through Europe and eventually brought him to New York, where he manages a catering company and volunteers teaching children's cooking classes. With a focus on sushi, Italian and French cuisines, Chef Ivan is always excited to share novel kitchen techniques with his guests and students.
