What You’ll Do

In this interactive session, you’ll work with simple, fresh ingredients to create homemade pasta from scratch. Chef Jimi will guide you through mixing flour, eggs and salt into a smooth dough before teaching you how to roll and cut it into wide tagliatelle noodles. Then, you’ll finish your handmade pasta with a rich, cheesy Alfredo sauce for a comforting dish made entirely by you. Book your cooking class today!
