What You’ll Do

Begin the meal with a refreshing salad made with shaved fennel and endive and drizzled with a squeeze of lemon juice and olive oil. Next, cook pork loin or pork chops until tender and seared until perfectly golden brown. Pair your pork with a creamy Norman cider sauce for the main course. On the side, thinly slice potatoes for a Dauphinois gratin made with garlic and nutmeg. For dessert, decadent madeleines, tender, bite-sized cakes baked until golden brown. Book your spot today!
