To begin, prepare light snacks to awaken your palate by seasoning edamame and roasted seaweed to enjoy while cooking. Then, learn how to make a traditional miso soup filled with tofu, seaweed, dashi and scallions enjoyed with vegetable tempura. Discover the secret to making the seasoned sushi rice and how to fry it to the perfect golden crisp. At the end of the class, you'll master the art of making sushi by hand. Chefs Alex and Edgar were good but we didn't see Chef Danny. While we overall had a fun time, we started late as some others showed up late and we didn't get all the instruction we could have had. We tipped in cash. Oh....food was good and while we BYOB there was already some wine at the event.

Chef Danny was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared many tips not only about what we were cooking, but general cooking tips as well. The kitchen was clean and well maintained.
