What You’ll Do

During this cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare three elegant Italian-inspired cookies using gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. Create homemade Milano cookies, crisp Florentines and chewy Italian amaretti while practicing techniques such as piping, caramelization, meringue making and chocolate finishing.

Chef Lisa will also share practical tips for choosing ingredients, reading visual cues and achieving consistently delicious results. By the end of class, you'll have three bakery-worthy recipes and versatile baking techniques to add to your repertoire.
