For this unique, hands-on cooking class, Chef Tanya has developed a fun, kid-friendly Italian meal packed with recipes perfect for little chefs. They’ll love sharpening their culinary skills while preparing these dishes. The meal starts with a colorful heirloom tomato panzanella salad, bursting with ripe tomatoes and fresh basil. They will then make pillowy gnocchi paired with pancetta and Parmesan, and Italian sausage served with an array of sauces. For dessert is a tart, creamy lemon ricotta granita — the perfect ending to this mouthwatering meal.
