We had a good time. It was something different to do in Las Vegas. Chef Christine was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try out another one of her classes in a different location/bigger kitchen space.

We enjoyed our class. It was nice to learn from a real talented chef, interact with other locals who want to try new things, and eat yummy food. A recommendation would be to hold classes in a kitchen or class room to allow participants to watch chef a bit easier and allow for cleaner presentation.

Chef Christine is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. She studied in New York, France and Germany while earning her degree in culinary arts and hospitality management and has worked at notable establishments such as Goldman Sachs Executive Dining, Carnegie Hall Catering, and numerous restaurants. She's even catered for big names like Oprah Winfrey and her film crew. Christine worked for 15 years at Las Vegas' famous venues like Monte Carlo, Bellagio, and The Venetian before transitioning to corporate and private chef work.
