Cooking Class: Stunning Coconut Shrimp Tacos

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn the recipes and techniques required to create authentic, flavor-bursting Mexican food. Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Tanya will teach you an array of culinary skills. You’ll begin by making black cakes spiked with zesty lime, cumin, cilantro and sour cream. You’ll then prepare sumptuous coconut shrimp tacos topped with avocado salsa or pineapple mango salsa. For dessert, Chef Tanya will teach you how to make a creamy, homemade flan — a Mexican classic. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
