Chef Chris was amazing! Was extremely personable and charismatic. I wish we would’ve had another 2 hours with the chef. The class was very insightful and everyone was able to participate and have a part in the meal. Will definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to make a classic dish that would please everyone.

Chef Jimi was great but the class was a bit unorganized. There weren't enough gloves for everyone so it was 2 per table, one pasta making machine so it took forever for everyone to make the pasta & we didn't really get to learn how to make the alfredo sauce. The pasta did come out good & the food we got to eat that he made was great. We also only learned how to make fresh pasta & took it home to cook it. It was a learn how to make pasta class. But Chef Jimi was great he just needed to be set up better.
