Join chef Nancy on a three-course culinary journey through Southeast Asian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. You'll begin by preparing a refreshing cucumber salad with sesame dressing. Next up is Hainanese chicken, which is poached in chicken broth seasoned with leeks, ginger and lemongrass. You'll also prepare Hainanese chicken soup and rice. Then, you'll mix up three sauces to enjoy with your meal: sweet soy, chili-vinegar dip and garlic and ginger in sesame oil.
