Chef Wei will teach you traditional techniques for preparing Chinese dim sum at home in this interactive cooking class. You'll learn how to make the dumpling wrappers and fillings from scratch, as well as several styles of dumpling folding.
To start, you'll prepare pork and vegetable pot stickers. Next up is making savory shumai, an open faced dumpling. Then you'll learn how to make wontons for a satisfying noodle and wonton soup. Class wraps up with a savory-sweet treat of air fried red bean sesame balls.
