But first, you'll learn how to make popular savory pan-friend scallion pancakes. Then it's time to prepare the noodles for classic Shanghai noodles with stir-fried meat and vegetables. Round out the meal with a savory, vegetable-packed soup.

Chef Wei was wonderful along with the 3 course creations. She took her time in showing you the steps and created a warm environment. I would definitely recommended booking a class with her.

It was fun, pretty easy, and delicious. I will make the dumplings again at home. It was NOT stressful. I will take another class from Chef Wei. The Boba tea pearls again. She KNEW I could do it; very supportive. DELICIOUS.
