Your evening will start with antipasto featuring the complimentary flavors of crostini, pesto and ricotta. Then, explore the techniques for making a dreamy truffle and mushroom risotto with fresh mushrooms and garden vegetables. You'll also prepare a Mediterranean salad topped with feta, olives and crisp bell peppers. For dessert, sit back and enjoy a sweet almond tart prepared by Chef Daniel himself.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!

He’s lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years, exploring a rich diversity of cuisines that informs his ingredients and techniques on a daily basis. Chef Daniel aims to teach his students the fundamentals of cooking, in hopes that they will one day grow beyond his recipes to discover a culinary world all their own.
