For your entrée, a perfectly spiced green curry beef and eggplant dish. And for a beloved regional dessert, create a decadent coconut sticky rice served with mangoes.

The class was fun and we learned things we didn’t know. Did you know that if you have a good garlic press, you don’t even have to peel the clove? We learned that and lots more.

Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
