What You’ll Do

Begin the class by making a classic gnocchi dough with potatoes, flour and egg. Chef Elham will teach you how to knead the dough and shape it into perfect little dumplings. You'll also make a sweet potato gnocchi using the same techniques. As the gnocchi boils, whip up an earthy pesto sauce with aromatic basil, crunchy pine nuts and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to pair with the classic gnocchi.
