Elevate your brunch game with a bit of southern flair in this cooking class with Chef Tiffany. She'll teach you new culinary techniques, skills and recipes so you can host your own beautiful Southern brunch with your friends. To kick things off, you'll prepare an irresistible deviled eggs appetizer. Next, you'll cook up some fancy specialty waffles — with a choice of either sweet potato, red velvet or classic waffles — and top them off with perfectly crispy fried chicken and a dollop of bacon jam. Lastly, your brunch spread will end with a refreshing caprese salad loaded with creamy mozzarella and fresh, juicy tomatoes.

Did this with my boyfriend and we had an absolute blast! She was so sweet and fun! The whole entire meal was delicious! She gives you the basics before doing anything and you learn a lot. So happy we booked her (she also can create a menu for you if you want something different)! :)

Chef Tiffany was AMAZING! She turned this class into an experience that we’ll never forget. The class was very informative and interactive. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to have a good time and obviously, good food! Thank you Chef Tiff!

Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
