Cooking Class: Artisanal Chocolates With Chef Elena
Learn how to make elegant chocolate creations in this hands-on dessert cooking class.
Some things in life just hit different when you make them yourself. Chocolate is one of them. In this hands-on class, you'll work with dark, milk and white couverture chocolate to create smooth, rich fillings with heavy cream and butter, then learn how to balance flavors with vanilla, espresso, liqueur or citrus zest. You'll also nail the shaping and finishing techniques that make each piece look like it came from a fancy patisserie window. The final touch? Cocoa powder, powdered sugar, freeze-dried fruit, toasted nuts and a little flaky sea salt to tie it all together. Refined, melt-in-your-mouth and completely made by you. Sign up today!

The chef created a very special experience curated to our celebration. The food was perfect for our dietary preference and super delicious. They left the kitchen clean and our left overs packed up nicely. We really enjoyed the experience and they put there all into your dining experience. You won’t regret your booking!

Elena was prompt, responsive, tidy, and most importantly made a delicious meal!! She was great at adapting everything to be gluten free and had amazing recommendations on what dishes would go nicely together and with wine for the evening. We also learned a lot about different cooking methods and were able to watch her cook and ask questions throughout! Highly recommend!
